About Your Artwork
- A $50 custom artwork set-up fee is applied to each personalized order; this charge is added to your cart
- All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
- Our preferred format is a vector-based: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are also subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
- Sample printout of the parasol design is also available (Additional $15 per print-out. This covers the cost for machine operation and preparation of the printing plates for your design.)

All custom printed paper parasol umbrellas are packaged as carefully as possible. Though we are unable to provide a refund for damaged items during shipping, we are unable to replace any personalized paper parasol umbrella that has been damaged during shipping. Please be sure to order additional pieces to cover extra guests or the possibility of damage.
