• Print up to 2 lines of text or numbers, max 24 characters per line
• Choose from 22 different font styles from our chart for your custom text
• Due to the quality of the paper, all custom texts will be printed in Black ink
• Unless it's noted by our customers in the comment section during check-out,
  all messages are printed with one (1) space between each name or word.



For customization with your Logo or Finished Artwork (Additional $0.50 each):


• Please email your logo or finished artwork to Info@KimonoRobeStore.Com
• Our preferred format is a vector-based image: Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or .eps
• The printable space on the front of each chopsticks sleeve measures 6.75" long x 1.375" wide
• With Full Bleed Printing, your design can be printed on the entire printable space of each chopstick sleeve
• All custom orders must be accompanied by finished artwork and text
• Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
• Design Tip: Full-color logos and designs look best on white paper chopstick sleeves

Minimum Order and Production Time Options:


• Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 50 pieces
• Non-personalized chopstick sleeves are shipped in 1-2 business days (excludes shipping time)

• The standard production time is 10 business days (excludes shipping time)
• 1-2 business days rush production, excludes shipping time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
• 3-5 business days rush production, excludes shipping time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
• *If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-5 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
*If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-5 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.
