Personalized Yoga or Sports Headband Specs
- Each personalized yoga head band or sports headband measures 2.25" wide
- Headbands are made of Terylene. Your logo or design is made of high-quality heat vinyl
- Care Instructions: Hand-wash or machine-wash warm. Hang to dry. Do not bleach
- Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 12 pieces
- Printing is done in the USA. Yoga headbands are imported from China
Set-up Fees and Artwork Details
- A $50 set-up fee is applied to each custom order; this charge is added to your shopping cart
- Our preferred format is a vector-based design in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), CorelDraw , or .eps
- Artworks in any non-editable format are subject to a $15 vector conversion fee
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee

- The Standard Production Time is 5 business days (excludes shipping time)
Rush Processing Options:
1-2 business days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.75 Per Piece) ($35 Minimum, Max $75 per order*)
3-4 business days, Excludes Shipping Time (Additional $0.55 Per Piece) ($25 Minimum, Max $55 per order*)
*If your order with 1-2 Rush Business Days or 3-4 Rush Business Days does not meet its required $35 or $25 Minimum Rush Order Fee, the amount needed to attain its respective minimum rush fee will be added separately.
*If the rush fee is greater than $75 for the 1-2 days or $55 for the 3-4 days, the excess will be returned to you as refund.
