Custom Onesies Specs
- Each custom onesie features your logo or design on Gildan Softstyle® Infant 5.5 oz. One-Piece
- Made of 5.5 oz. 100% ring-spun Cotton, except for Sport Grey, which is made of 90% Cotton, 10% Polyester
- With three (3) snap bottom closure. Rib binding with double-needle stitching on neck, sleeves, and leg openings
- Rolled forward shoulder. Quarter-turned to eliminate center crease. Lap shoulder construction. Tear-away label
- High stitch density for smoother printing surface. Double-needle sleeve and bottom hems. CPSIA tracking label compliant
- Due to customization, there is a minimum order of 6 pieces
- Personalized sweatpants are made and printed in the United States
About Your Artwork
- Our preferred format is a vector-based design in Adobe Illustrator (.ai), CorelDraw , or .eps
- Artworks in any non-editable format are subject to a $15 vector conversion fee
- Custom orders that need any graphic design change are subject to an additional $35 artwork design fee
